lk11 is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. In these Terms, "we", "our", or "platform" refers to lk11, and "you" or "user" refers to the person using the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms. The latest version will always be published on this page.

2.1 Age Requirement

lk11 services are available only to persons aged 21 or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We may request documents to verify your age, and providing false information may result in account closure.

2.2 Account Restrictions

• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Accounts may not be transferred to any third party.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential; do not share them with any third party.
• Report any unauthorized activity on your account to us immediately.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration. If false or misleading information is provided, lk11 reserves the right to close the account and cancel any pending transactions.

3.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted methods for depositing funds on lk11 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

The payment method used to send deposited funds must be registered in your name. Use of third-party payment methods is not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals may be declined for accounts where no real-money bets have been placed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on lk11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors are eligible for a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit + bonus combined). The current wagering requirement is 15x. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per account.
• Winnings earned from bets placed using bonus funds count toward the bonus wagering requirement.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to any third party.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, lk11 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• lk11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet is placed, it is considered final. In the event of a technical error or misunderstanding, lk11 reserves the right to void or adjust the bet. Use of any betting strategy or system that violates fair play principles is not permitted.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event to secure a risk-free profit — is prohibited.
• Bonus abuse or placing calculated bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements is prohibited.
• Account hacking, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to profit by exploiting technical errors.
• Creating multiple accounts or coordinated betting.

5.3 Result Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding any game or betting result, notify our support team within 72 hours. lk11's decision will be considered final.

lk11 offers three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your activity and usage. lk11 reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time. VIP rewards cannot be converted to cash, transferred, or sold.

lk11 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• When necessary to protect the safety of the user or the interests of other users.

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned; however, any pending bonuses or funds from suspicious bets may be forfeited.

You may also request closure of your own account at any time through the support team.

All content on the lk11 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials — is the intellectual property of lk11. Reproduction, distribution, or use for commercial purposes without our prior written permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) is protected under their respective intellectual property rights. lk11 displays their content solely under agreements with those providers.

• Issues arising from faults in third-party software or services.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.
• Service interruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, government directives, etc.).

In no circumstance shall lk11's maximum liability exceed the total amount deposited by that specific user in the preceding 30 days.

14.1 Changes to Service

lk11 reserves the right to change the scope, features, or availability of its services at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to provide advance notice where possible.

14.2 Language & Interpretation

The Bengali version of these Terms is primary. In the event of any discrepancy due to translation, the Bengali version shall prevail. lk11's decision on the interpretation of any provision of these Terms is final.

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between lk11 and the user, and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
